Macaroni and Cheese Salad

This hearty salad has Greek yogurt to accompany the mayonnaise. Sparks the flavor. Try it

Macaroni and Cheese Salad

8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced celery
1/2 cup minced green pepper
4 ounces (1 cup) diced cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Salt to taste

In mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, onion, celery, green pepper and diced cheese. In small bowl combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Toss to coat macaroni. Salt to taste. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
