More than 250 people logged onto The Quarantine Happy Hour on Facebook Sunday, March 7 to hear Union County native Sarah Morgan weave her beautiful music.
Morgan started with the dulcimer then moved to guitar. Her angelic voice made for a splendid ending to a beautiful day here in East Tennessee.
The main goal for Morgan in giving this particular hour of her time was to encourage those attending to donate funds to assist EKY Mutual Community Fund: tinyurl.com/ekycommunityfund/ and the Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky: https://www.appalachianky.org/.
Both organizations assist areas of Kentucky that have been hard-hit with poverty, weather, and other physical trauma, and invest in the lives of those living in rural Appalachia.
