Do you remember when Bisquick came out with several "impossible pie" recipes? They are super easy to do. However, I had forgotten about them until I was going through my recipe file a while back. I found this one. It's easy . I hope you'll try it.

IMPOSSIBLE TURKEY PIE
2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
4 ounce jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup biscuit mix
3 eggs
Parsley for garnish

Lightly grease a 9 inch pie plate. Arrange turkey and mushrooms pieces on bottom. Sprinkle with onion, salt and Swiss cheese. Set aside. Next, combine milk, baking mix and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake at 400 F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges. Serves 4 generously.
