Fiesta Corn Salad

Corn salads are so pretty. They are easy to make, as well. I often use a drained can of diced tomatoes when I don't have fresh ones on hand. This is a cold weather salad, but you can make it any time you like.

FIESTA CORN SALAD
16 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup chopped fresh tomato
2 chopped green onion.
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing

Combine all veggies in large bowl. Add Italian salad dressing. Toss gently. Chill 2 or 3 hours before serving.
