Ethan Dyer

Ethan Dyer

Ethan Dyer, a fellow student here at Union County High School, is one of our seniors on our 2018/2019 patriots basketball team. However, he is unfortunately out due to an injury in his foot. Ethan said his injury started when he rolled his ankle. He stated that he did it once over the summer and then did it again one day in practice. The injury consists of torn ligaments in the ankle and he is afraid he will have to have surgery. If everything goes well, he is hoping to get back on the court after Christmas break. Ethan stated that he loved being out on the court just playing the game and getting to spend time with his friends while doing it. Not only is Ethan on the basketball team, but he is also a straight A student here at Union County. Ethan holds a 4.0 GPA. When asked about his future dreams, he said he wanted to be a business major. Apart from that he doesn’t exactly know what he wants to pursue in the future. In an interview with Coach Brown he stated, “Ethan is a great kid, he shows up everyday whether he is injured or playing. He is a great student as well.”
