The Union County Lions Club is selling tickets for its 8th Reverse Raffle to support many worthy causes.
The organization is part of the 42 clubs that make up the East Tennessee Lions Club, District 12-N.
The District 12-N Charity donates to several area organizations such as providing supplies and gifts for children with cancer, and donations to Diabetes Awareness, East TN Lions Eye Bank, Hearing & Speech Foundation, Leader Dogs for the Blind, Tennessee School for the Blind, Tennessee School for the Deaf and others.
A maximum of 4000 tickets will be sold and the drawing is on Saturday, June 17, at Fountain City Park. You do not need to be present to win. In a reverse raffle, all the tickets are pulled out one-by-one until there are only three tickets left.
The third to the last ticket wins $500, the second to the last ticket will win $1000 and the last remaining ticket is the grand prize winner of $2000.

Tickets will also be available for sale by the Union County Lions Club at the Union County Grand Ole Opry on April 1 (Con Hunley), May 6 (Kentucky Headhunters), May 27 (Authentic Unlimited).
