Dilly-Do Pasta Salad
Pasta salads are easy to do. Tasty.too.
DILLY-DO PASTA SALAD
8 ounces corkscrew pasta
1 cup thawed frozen peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 small carrot, grated
3 green onions, diced, including tops
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
Cook pasta in salted water, adding peas the last few minutes before pasta is al dente. Rinse under cold water to cool quickly. Drain well and set aside. Next, in large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well blended. Then stir in the pasta and peas with the carrot, green onions and dill until well coated. Chill until serving time. Serves 6. Note: pasta shells would work also very well.
