Collectible Print Coming Home
The Union County Heritage Festival announces its 2017 collectible print "Coming Home". Keeping with this year's Festival theme, "Come Here Come Home", Artist Betty Bullen has delivered an emotional picture of a veteran returning home from service to Union County. Betty says she gathered inspiration for the painting from numerous sources, including an episode of Bill Landry's Heartland Series where Landry interviews a Sharps Chapel Farm boy who returned home to Union County from service in WW II.
The collectible print "Coming Home" is dedicated to all Union Co Veterans, and Service Men and Women. It is a limited edition of 200 signed and numbered prints. They are $20.00 each. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the prints goes to the Heritage Festival . They will go on sale Oct. 7th, at the Heritage Festival Information Booth, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Wilson Park. The prints will also be for sale on Oct. 7th, and thereafter, until sold out, at The Winery At Seven Springs Farm, 1474 Hwy. 61 E, the Union County Vendor Mall located at 155 A Durham Dr., Mayor Mike Williams Office, and by contacting the Artist at www.BettyBullenArt.com.
