Celeste Giordano Speaks at UCBPA

Celeste Giordano

Celeste Giordano, daughter of Union County Business and Professional Association's (UCBPA) founding member Emily Link, spoke at the association's October 2017 meeting. Celeste, a mentor and master sales strategist, is in the business of helping others realize their dreams of running a successful business. She spent 36 years in the direct sales market and about four years ago she reinvented herself and went into business coaching. She normally hosts workshops for business entrepreneurs, corporations and direct sales teams.

At the meeting, Celeste shared the secrets of some of her sales strategies regarding lead generation. Every business needs more leads and without them the business cannot succeed. She gave us the cliff note version of her lead generation seminar which focuses on the process and systems instead of the money. Celeste says “When you focus on the process and systems the money will be there for your business to be successful.” She encourages business owners to engage in networking, either by cold calls, social media or by word of mouth. Community organizations, as well as, your family and friends, are a great place to start networking. Public speaking is one of the fastest paths to cash for your business, according to Celeste. Not necessarily that you get paid to speak, but it’s the friends you make by doing so.

Celeste Giordano give an excellent presentation. Those that attended this week’s UCBPA meeting got a real treat. If you were not able to attend, Celeste offers her services for hire.

The UCBPA is looking to expand their membership, so join us on the second Tuesday of each month for approximately one hour. Membership is $25 annually. The meeting starts at noon at Hardee's in Maynardville. Anyone interested in making Union County a better place to live, work, worship, or play may attend.
