Baked Potato Wedges

Baked potato wedges are so easy to do. They adapt to other flavours so well. This recipe is a good example.

BAKED POTATO WEDGES
4 russet potatoes (about 2 lbs)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dry basil, crumbled
1 teaspoon season salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Wash potatoes and cut each into 6 wedges. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to potatoes. Toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on buttered baking sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining mixture. Bake in preheat 350 F. oven until golden, about 45 to 1 hour. Serve.
