Also a special committee on Economic Development is being appointed to develop a platform to promote specific economic improvements in Union County. If you would like to serve on this committee, please email your name and any specific economic interest to ucbpa.tn@gmail.com.

The committee will be appointed at the June BPA Member Meeting. The committee will meet enough times from June to September to formulate a position statement. This statement will then be submitted to the Board of directors and the membership for revision and approval. The intent is to encourage County Commission to support this platform and leverage this position statement into actionable improvements that will enable our businesses and schools to prosper especially through the use of broadband internet.
