Dennis Briscoe Woods-age 74 of Sharps Chapel born June 19, 1943 passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021 at his home among his loved ones. He is preceded in death by wife, Mary Ann Woods; parents, Briscoe and Thelma Woods; siblings, Ginger Woods Faw; Janice Woods Simmons, Jackie Woods and Bobby Woods.

He leaves behind four children and their families, Dennis Brisco Jr. and Lori Woods, Christopher and Lori Woods, Christopher and Wendy Woods, Fawn and Mike Penner, Holly Woods as well as brother, L. A. Woods and wife, Imogene. He also leaves behind many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was a loving father, husband, brother and friend. Anyone that knew him loved him and he will truly be missed

A private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
