James Adam Edwards, age 34, of Sharps Chapel, TN, born July 5, 1987, left this earthly life on Sunday, October 3, 2021. Adam loved living life, his friends and family. He was always cheering someone up. He was a proud employee of Glen E. Mitchell & Co. for several years. Preceded in death by grandfather, James Claudie Sharp and uncle, Marty Edwards.

Survivors: mother, Patricia “Patty” Sharp, wife, Bridget, children, Mckenzie, Miranda, and Eli, grandmother, Angela Sharp, aunt, Sandy and Edwin Berry, uncle, Tim Sharp, cousins, Erica, Ashley, Adrian (Bud), and Aaron, and loving dog Sonny. Father, Mike Edwards, his Granny Jewel, siblings, Stacy and Angel, aunt, Marlene and Ronald Godfrey, cousin, Derek Williams.

The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Friday, October 8, 2021 with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m., Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, and ask that all guests wear a mask. Graveside service at Sharp Family Cemetery 11 am Saturday. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home by 10 am Saturday to go with the funeral procession. Pallbearers will be Adrian Berry, Aaron Sharp, Devon Wilson, Paul Wilson, Edwin Berry, and Tim Sharp. Honorary pallbearer, Gabe Berry.

He is beautiful for he was fearfully and wonderfully made. From our families’ hearts, a special thanks to everybody for your kindness.
