Tomato Salad

3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 medium cucumber; peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup corn oil.
1/2 cup wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
In a large bowl, combine vegetables. Add salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix the corn oil, wine vinegar and sugar. Pour over vegetables and marinate 1 hour or more. Drain to serve. Serves 4
