Members of the Paulette Elementary School Beta Club recently went to the Tennessee state convention. The event took place in Nashville at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. The club competed in the following categories: Academics, Living Literature, Engineering, Quiz Bowl, Robotics and Art.
The robotics group came in third; successfully managing to get their robot to complete the required tasks in three minutes. Marlie Brock placed third in creative writing about baby alligators. Living Literature used the book "Holes" in their competition. Unfortunately, Living Literature did not place this year, but they still rocked it, as did all of PES Beta! Congrats on another excellent competition!
