Most everyone likes crab cakes. They can be a bit expensive to make. Here is a good iimtation “got you fooled” crab cake recipe. Make it in the winter time when no one suspects you are using zucchini. Fool 'em.

MOCK CRAB CAKES
2 cups zucchini, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
Margarine

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Form mixture into individual serving size patties. Roll in additional bread crumbs. Fry patties in margarine until crisp and golden brown. Use enough margarine to make the patties crispy.
