Buttermilk potatoes

BUTTERMILK POTATOES
2 cups chopped peeled raw potatoes
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup thick buttermilk
Paprika

Heat butter in skillet. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Cook until potatoes begin to brown, stirring occasionally. Add salt, pepper and buttermilk. Simmer slowly until potatoes are tender and liquid thickens. Sprinkle a little paprika over each serving.
